Kelsenellvial's Glen....A Shadowy Thicket Among The Sprawl
It is I, yet again....out of the shadows for a little conversation. First of all, I would like to clarify some things. First and foremost is my own story.
Born Kelsenellvial Gil-Ravadry in a sylvan forest long ago, I used to be but a run of the mill Faerie, or grey(aka high) elf. That was soon to change however, as
while I was hunting(and drinking as well, I must confess) I found myself walking in a strange mist. I walked further, and soon the few trees I could see through the
thick, nearly impenetrable, mist were looking strange and unfamiliar....when I finally had made my way out of the veiling fog, I found myself in entirely different
surroundings. I was in a park. In the middle of the Seattle sprawl. Forgoing the adventures I had there, as they are many, and lengthy, it is safe to say that my world
had drastically changed. I gradually became familiar to my surroundings..and had my implants-two cyberspurs. There I dwelled until my summoning into the forest by the
dreaded LORD_DCTALK. I have resided in the shadows of the forest since then, with my way lighted by my cyberwife, whose name shall not be mentioned here. A new development has changed my abode to the cellar, where I still abide in shadows. Now that you
know the basics of my past, let me move on to other things. I would like to clarify the characteristics of my race, the elves-specifically the high elves.

****Grey elves have either silver hair and amber eyes, or pale golden hair and violet eyes(the violet-eyed ones, myself included, are known as faerie elves)
They favor bright garments of white, gold, silver, or yellow, and wear cloaks of deep blue or purple. Grey elves are the rarest of elves, and have little to do with the
world outside their forests. They value intelligence very highly(which would explain my distaste for a certain Sandbeing), and, unlike other elves, devote much of their time
to study and contemplation. Their treatises on nature are astounding.
Grey elves value their independence from what they see as the corrupting influence of the outside world, and will fight fiercely to maintain their isolation. All grey elves
carry swords, and most wear chain mail and carry shields. For mounts, grey elves will ride hippogriffs(70%) or griffons(30%). Those that ride griffons will have 3-12 griffons
for guards in their camps, instead of giant eagles(the normal guardian for wood elves).****

As I said-the characteristics of my native race, not mine personally. It is safe to say that life in the sprawl can change a man, and in that respect elves are no different.
I still retain my griffon, and have acquired an irritating albatross, not by choice, as well as my faithful pet-the Tarrasque. My summons and travels to the many realms have
caused a certain madness in me. I have the tendency to go on rash kissing sprees in my forest home. I also have started, and lead, the forest yakuza. The yakuza runs and profits
well from the forest black market. Payments range from snickers to m&m's to kisses...and all are valued greatly.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT.....
that's the plan..
