Sailor Moon Has Five Seasons
If you have come to this page by accident and wondered "Gee I wonder what Sailor Moon is?" than this is the place you will find that answer. Take a minute to read and learn. Many years ago their was a peace between the planets, called the Silver Millenium. The most peaceful place of all was the moon, ruled by Queen Serenity. This peace was broken up by Beryl and the Negaverse. The Queen's only daughter, named Princess Serena, had fallen in love with a young man from Earth: Prince Darien. When Beryl saw them together she killed them both. Seeing her daughter was dead, Queen Serenity revived her and Prince Darien and sent them to Earth, along with the other children of the moon, using the Imperial Silver Crystal. With the last of her strength, she imprisoned the Negaforce deep within the earth. 14 years later Serena is a teenager attending Crossroads Junior High. She and her friends Ami, Raye, Lita, and Mina , make up the Sailor Scouts. They are advised by two cats named Luna and Artemis. In Sailor Moon S, 4 more scouts join the team: Trista (how someone could get that from Setsuna I'll never know), Amara, Michelle, and Hotaru. Together they fight the Negaverse which is trying to take control and wipe out Earth. The show airs daily on cartoon network at 3 PM Central Standard Time as part of Toonami. It has been dubed and edited by a company called Dic who totally butchered it. Then, after Sailor Moon R, Dic fired (some quit) most of the voice actors. So I turned on the first episode and the voices sounded screwy. The only new voice I like is Reenie's. Honestly! Serena sounds like a middle aged woman trying to sound young! Amy's voice is okay too, but she sounds too old. And the biggest problem: The music stinks! MAJORLY! The only cool music now was yesterday when Hotaru blocked an attack (before she found out she was a sailor scout) and they played this funky oriental music. Totally cool. Otherwise, I don't like it. Not at all. I couldn't even bring myself to watch some of the episodes. And what is up with Sailor Uranus's voice? She sounds like a shemale! AAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHH! Okay, I'm done now.
