Class Action Suit Against L'Hotel du Summers

The ocean front view is probably the thing that made the L'Hotel du Summers so popular, but as many people have found out, the prices are nothing to rant and rave about. Now, the L'Hotel du Summers is facing charges up to $5,000,000.82, which even it cannot pay off.

The charges are on the basis of false advertising and overcharging. The man who presses these charges was known in the area as "The Hobo", since he was only a middle class citizen. The trial began the other day, and has already found one of the charges today, overcharging. The L'Hotel du Summers was overcharging its guests by $50 per person per night. Which is $30 over the allowed amount in Summers Statute #47N829. The trial is still in progress and probably will be for a long time.
