Venom

During the Secret Wars, Spider-Man was forced to use an alien replacement after his cotume was detroyed. At first, he marvelled at all the abilities that the cotume gave him. However, he soon realized that the costume was an alien being and quickly got rid of it. Feeling rejected, the costume went slithering around a church for a while until it found Eddie Brock. Brock had recently been embarassed by Spider-Man and was attempting suicide at the time. The symbiote joined with him and gave him a better alternative to suicide.....revenge! Together, they became Venom, a villain with all of Spidey's powers and a lot more muscle. He's recently given up his quest to kill Spidey and has become a sort of lethal protector for the innocent. Now, his sense of honor has led him to the fight against Onslaught's wrath. Hey What can I say? I watch alot of Spiderman!
