  Graduated in the middle of his class. He did his field training at Deep Space Nine. He was then assigned to the 5th Marines as an aide to then Col. Robert Knight, commanding officer 5th Marines. During his time there, Storm did more than just normal aide duties. Along with then Lt. Hawkes, and the late LtCmdr. Vallejo, he went to the Romulan homeworld to extract two Marine operatives. During the battle to retake Star Base 34 from the Romulans, Lt. Storm piolited the damaged assult ship into a Romulan War Bird. Beaming out at the last possible moument. The crash ended up destroying the Romulan ship. For his actions Lt. Storm was awarded the Cross of Silver. Shortly after that we was promoted to the rank of Major. After Gen. Knight was reported dead, Storm left the SFMC. When Knight escaped from the prison he had Storm recommisioned as a Captain and made him the Ground Force Commander of the 5th MSG.
