  Capt. Steven Michaels was born in Riverside Mo. He had a very normal childhood. He did well in High School and decided to take an appointment at the Starfleet Marine Corps Academy. He graduated in the top 25% of his class and was made a infantry platoon leader. He did well as a 2LT and was promoted to 1LT. He was assigned as Executive Officer to Bravo Company 1/4 Marines. During an engagment with the Borg the Company Commander was killed and Michaels assumed command. He was able to rally his company and defeat the Borg before being wounded himself. He quickly recoverd and was promoted to the rank of Captain. He now commands Charlie Company 2/5 Marines.
