Assassination Attempts can be made on any person.

Here are the rules for the Rhy'Din Intelligence Agency's Assassination Attempts

 Assassin MUST have R.I.A. dice or equivalent of-refer to thief dice charts, a lone new assassin does not have any experience with R.I.A., thus, he/she must use 1d6.

 Assassin will roll his/her dice, and when the die is rolled, subject shall subtract such amount from his/her hit dice or suffer slavery.

Assassins do NOT give out their position to any person(s) other than their superior.
