After Kristen ate her breakfast she took a shower and changed and then walked down the stairs with the tray. "Hey guys. Isaac the breakfast was great." She said and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. "Thanks." Isaac said. "Is Michele alright?" Taylor asked. "Oh yeah she is used to it. She just needs a little more sleep and she will be fine." Kristen said putting her plate in the sink. "Does she do that a lot?" Isaac asked. "Well whenever she drinks. She always drinks to much but she never really lets anyone know until the next morning." Kristen said. "Oh. Has she ever done something she normally wouldn’t when she is drunk?" Taylor asked. "Um. Yeah a couple times. Why?" Kristen said. "I was just wondering." Taylor said. "Oh alright." Kristen said sitting down. Taylor sat there thinking. He never realized that Michele would do stuff like that. She doesn’t look like the person who would. Then his thoughts drifted to what could she had done. She was only 13 after all. "Tay?" Isaac said. Taylor just sat there thinking. "Taylor?" Isaac said a little louder. "Taylor!" Isaac yelled. "Huh? What?" Taylor said snapping out of his thoughts. "Kristen asked you a question." "Oh sorry. What was that?" He asked. "Did you have fun last night?" Kristen repeated. "Oh yeah. A bunch" Taylor said. "Cool. I had fun too last night" Kristen said and smiled at Isaac. Isaac smiled back. "I’m gonna check on Michele." Taylor said and walked out of the kitchen.
Taylor walked up stairs and walked to his room. He knocked on the door. After a couple minutes of just standing there her decided to just walk in. He walked in and noticed Michele wasn’t in the bed. He walked out of the room and walked by the bathroom. The bathroom door was open a crack and he heard Michele in there. He knocked on the door while walking in. Michele was kneeling over the toilet throwing up. "Oh Michele." Taylor said and walked over to her. He knelt down next t her and rubbed her back while she threw up. After a few minutes Michele sat up. "Are you ok?" Taylor asked. "Yeah. Thanks" Michele said swallowing. "You really did have a lot last night huh?" "Yeah. I didn’t mean to Tay. I’m sorry." "It’s alright. I’m not mad. Why would I be mad?" "I dunno. But I look like crap" Michele said and smiled. "No you don’t. You look adorable" Taylor said as he brushed a piece of hair out of her face. Michele smiled. "Thanks" she said. "C’mon. You need to go back to bed." Taylor said getting up and pulling her with him. They walked to his room. Michele climbed into the bed and Taylor tucked her in. "Feel better sweetie" He said and kissed her on the forehead. Michele smiled and rolled over and fell asleep.
Taylor walked back down into the kitchen. "Hey Tay, is she alright?" Isaac asked when Taylor walked back into the room. "Yeah, she’s sleeping again." Taylor replied. "Oh cool, well we are going to Kevin’s house. Do you want to come?" Isaac asked. "Uh, yeah. When are you leaving?" Taylor said. "Right after we tell mom and dad." Isaac said. "Alright, go tell them." Taylor said. Isaac left the room to go tell his parents where they were going. "Why did you ask about Michele doing stupid stuff when she was drunk?" Kristen asked once he was gone. "Oh no reason." Taylor said not looking at Kristen. "There has to be a reason, Tay" "Nope not in this case I was just curious is all." Taylor said as Isaac came back into the room. "They said it was alright, they have to take Mack to the doctors for a checkup and then Jessie and Avery wanted to go shopping so mom’s taking them, she said to be back by 5 though" Isaac said. "Alright let’s go." Taylor said walking towards the door. Isaac and Kristen soon followed. Isaac, Kristen, and Taylor arrived at Kevin’s house about 20 minutes later. "Hey Kevin." Taylor said when he opened the door. "Hey guys come on in." Kevin said letting them into the house. Kristen clung to Isaac once again. "It’s alright babe." He whispered to her. Kristen was getting used to meeting all of Isaac’s friends but she was still shy when she did. "Is this your girlfriend? Everyone has been telling me about her." Kevin said walking up the stairs to his room. "Yeah. This is Kristen. Kristen this is Kevin." Isaac introduced them. "Hello. Nice to meet you." Kristen said. "Likewise." Kevin answered back. They walked into his room and Kevin sat on his bed and Isaac and Kristen sat on the couch in his room. "Hey where did Taylor go?" Kristen asked noticing he wasn’t around. "Hang out with Jade, his little sister." Isaac said. "Oh." Kristen said. "So what have you been doing, Kevin?" "Kicking it with the homies, ya know." Kevin said. Kristen laughed. "What’s so funny?" Kevin asked. "I didn’t think people in Oklahoma talked like that." Kristen said. "Oh well we do." Kevin said.
Taylor walked down the hall and knocked on Jade’s door. "Yeah?" she said and opened it. "Taylor! hey." She said and let him in. "Hey Jade, how are you?" Taylor said sitting down on her bed. "Fine, damn I haven’t seen you in forever." Jade said sitting down at her desk. "Yeah I know. I haven’t been home much with the band and all." "Yeah I know. I am so glad that it’s doing well though. You guys deserve it with all your work." "Thank you. We are enjoying every minute of it." "So I saw your girlfriend yesterday at Andrea’s party. How come you never told me about her?" "Oh you were there? I didn’t see you." "I didn’t even know you were there. I just saw her with Josh and some one told me you were with him." "Oh yeah. I was sick but then I went later on." "Well between us, I wouldn’t trust him with her." "What? Why not? I have known him forever he wouldn’t do anything." Taylor said trying to reassure himself. "Well with his history and all. I mean…nevermind. How long have you guys been together?" "What do you mean his history? What has he done? I mean I know girls want him and all but he hasn’t ever stolen a girl away from some one…has he?" "Lisa." "Lisa? David’s girlfriend?" "Well his ex-girlfriend." "What happened?" "This is just what I heard. When Lisa met Josh she thought he was cute but Josh wasn’t interested but as they got to know each other Lisa really liked him, but loved David. Anyways one night they were out and Lisa and David had a fight right? Well David stormed off and when he came back he found Lisa and Josh kissing. Lisa broke up with David expecting to get Josh." "Did he go out with her." "Lisa says yes but Josh says no so we don’t know for sure." "I doubt he did. He is to good of a friend to do that to anyone." "I hope so."
"So Kristen how old are you?" Kevin asked. "14 how old are you?" Kristen answered. "16. Woah you look older than that." Kevin said. "Thanks. Everyone usually says that I look younger but thank you." Kristen said laughing. "I guess everyone else is just wrong then huh?" Kevin said smiling. Isaac just sat there and watched Kristen and Kevin talk. Ever since Isaac had started to introduce Kristen to his friends it seemed like everyone was flirting with her. Maybe they were just being nice, or maybe he was being to protective but he had never cared for some one as much as he did for Kristen. He knew that if any of his friends really wanted to get Kristen then they could, he wasn’t the cutest person and he definitely wasn’t the sweetest. He just hoped Kristen cared for him as much as he cared for her. He looked over at Kristen. Beautiful, that was the only word he could use to describe her. From the moment he saw her, he knew they were meant to be together. "So, Isaac where did you meet this pretty young gal?" Kevin asked. "In California. Her sister introduced us and it was an instant attraction sort of thing." Isaac said making it clear how much he loved her. "Oh. Have you met Heather yet?" Kevin asked. "Who’s Heather?" Isaac asked. "My girlfriend." "Oh nope. I didn’t know you had one." "Oh, well she is supposed to come over you can meet her." Kevin said as some one walked into the room. "Well speak of the devil. Hey babe what’s up?" Kevin said as he saw Heather. "Hey babe." Heather said and gave him a quick kiss.
Taylor sat there thinking for a little while. "Taylor? Tay? Jordan?" Jade said. "Oh what? Sorry I was thinking about something." "Oh what about?" "The party last night." "Oh what about it? You are normally the life of the party and I didn’t even notice you were there." "Well, I was a little preoccupied if you know what I mean." Taylor said with an evil grin. "Taylor! I didn’t want to know that. I mean I know you do it but still" Jade said with a disgusted face. The truth was that Jade liked Taylor. She always had feelings for Taylor. So much feelings that she loved him. After all he was only a year older and they grew up together. And right now she was jealous of Michele. She had always wanted Tay to ask her out but she knew Taylor didn’t think of her anything more than a little sister. Jade stood up from her desk and sat down next Tay on the bed. "I really missed you, you know?" She said and looked at him. "Aww come here little Jadey!" Taylor said and gave her a hug. They pulled away and Jade looked at him. He looked more hotter than ever. With his hair down and the red T-shirt he was wearing. She couldn’t take it anymore. She then leaned over and kissed Taylor. Taylor was shocked and pulled away. "I..I..I’m sorry" Jade said and stood up. "It’s ok." Taylor said. "NO! I’m not sorry Taylor. Did you hear that. I’m not sorry" Jade said. "Huh? What’s wrong with you Jade" Tay said confused. Jade just sighed and rolled her eyes. "You don’t get it Tay do you?" She said. "No I don’t" "Tay, I, I, Love you! I love you Taylor. I have always loved you. But then I hated you. Hated you for only thinking of me as a little sister, when I loved you" Taylor just stood there. "Talk to me Tay" Jade said. "I dunno what to say" "He doesn’t know what to say! Of course he’s not gonna know what to say Jade. You just told the guy that you have loved for almost 4 or 5 years now that you loved him" Jade said outloud to herself who was now pacing the room. Taylor grabbed her shoulders and stopped her. "I love you too Jade" He said. "You.." she was cut off by Tay. "But not like that. Like a sister. I’m sorry. I love Michele" He said. Jade then broke down into tears. "Jade don’t cry. Please" "How can I not Tay?" "I’m hear for you." "No you’re not!" "Yes I am. Listen. You being one of my best friends is better than my girlfriend. I can talk to you. I can tell you anything. It doesn’t matter how personal or embarrassing I can still tell you. See if you were my girlfriend.. then I wouldn’t be able to do that. Friendship is the best thing. And I am so glad you are my best friend" Taylor said. Jade looked at Taylor and smiled. "Thanks Tay" She said and gave him a hug. "You’re welcome" He said back.
