Chia/Huitaca (Columbian Chibacha Indians)
Huitaca was a moon goddess and was depicted as an owl. She was the goddess of joy and pleasure.

In some legends, Huitaca was the wife of the solemn Bochica, who stood for hard work. She tried to ruin Bochica by destroying his followers by unleashing a great flood on them. She disappeared somewhere in the west, where she left her footprints on the rocks. Some legends say she was hurled into the sky by Bochica and turned into the moon
