Hyenas don't really laugh, but they sound like they do!. They are scavenging carnivores, who are very social and like to live in groups.

Fun Fact: In 1994, a man from France named Jacques Toubon discovered a painting in a cave of a spotted hyena that is thought to have been painted 20,000 years ago. Click here to take a look!
