Not your typical
boy band/girl band Plus ONE and ZOEgirl are coming to Tulsa
By Becky Castle
On Saturday, April 20, Plus ONE, ZOEgirl, Natalie Grant and Phat
Chance will be in concert in the Mabee Center.
Plus One and ZOEgirl are Christian alternatives to the secular boy-band
and flashy-teen-girl-singer crazes so popular today. Their lyrics
are clean, their lives are holy and their examples are worth looking
up to.
On Natalie Grant's newest album, "Stronger," she sings a duet with
Plus ONE called "Whenever You Need Somebody." "Stronger," her second
album, comes after a two-year hiatus from her music career.
Phat Chance is an up-and-coming boy band, as members range in age
from 14-18. The acronym "phat" stands for "Praising Him at All Times."
The concert begins at 6 p.m. Tickets are available at the Mabee
Center Box Office, Family Christian Store and Living Word Bookstore
in Bartlesville.
