A Door of a
Different Kind
By Dominic C. Turner
As
sure as we live in a diverse world,
We
are offered a thousand different paths for any end Rightly so, for
not many less than infinity are the choices of man Yet in the end,
and middle and beginning, only two matter: "To" and "Away;"
For either a path leads To He Who was sacrificed,
Or Away, to he who would deceive nations and peoples
The prince of deception performs his duties well,
Dressing his door with decor that deceives the
senses Yet it fails even to qualify as the True Door's shadow For
darkness, dressed in even supernaturally illusory apparel is still
darkness And Light without the slightest exaggeration is still Light
To say nothing of His summons.
