I discovered this in Woolworths supermarket the other day (Coles also has it). It's a lite evaporated milk flavoured with coconut. It's a great alternative to normal low fat evaporated milk and coconut essence. I used it in a satay sauce and it was lovely, you could really taste the coconut.
This is a fairly new product from John West. I got the one with chilli and it's got quite a kick, and only 1/2 point for two tablespoons which went well with the new Real Foods Lemon and Cracked pepper corn thins at 1/2 point for two. Good low point snack. You could make dips and other recipes with the tuna spread too.
I discovered these in Coles this week, they're a lovely light fresh tasting mousse, I've tried the watermelon and the citrus flavour so far and have really enjoyed them both for just 1/2 a point per tub. Looking forward to the WW magazine coming up with some great Summer recipes using them
