When you live to give
You have loved from above
When a price that you have paid
A sacrifice must have been made
When you live to learn
There is knowledge in return
When you live life with a smile
You make it more worth while
When you live beyond your pride
Then you've let God be your guide
When you live to know your wrong
Then your weak can be made strong
When you live to see one's need
You put away all selfish greed
When you live to love with no return
From God a blessing you have earned
When you live to become humble
You put away the urge to grumble
When you live forget the past
See God's future which will last!
