Hello, my name is Hillary, and I need financial help. I am currently experiencing financial hardship and don't have anyone else to turn to. I am a single mother and don't receive or qualify for welfare. I have a job, but the payments on my outstanding debt and unexpected expenses are rapidly depleting my paycheck. Recent events have further contributed to my situation. I went to college, but when I finished college, I was unable to find a job that paid enough to pay my student loan payments. I was forced to take low paying jobs and ended up falling into the trap of deferments, forbearance, and reduced payment options. I used these in desperation because I had to provide shelter and food for me and my children and didn't want to default on the student loan. So the student loan grew from $43,474.16 to $71,450.41. The difference is the accumulated interest. Let's not mention, the additional interest accumulating monthly. A word to the uninformed: don't defer, forebear, or reduce payments. As you see, it can be very costly. I don't have a rich relative or a hook-up to a good paying job. Sometimes, I wish I did. Add the above amount to my additional past due bills, needed house repairs, needed wisdom teeth extraction, and car repairs, I need to raise $83,045.41 to relieve me of this debt so that I can better take care of my children and me.
