The Beginning....

Tilling my own grave to keep me level
Jam another dragon down the hole
Digging to the rhythm and the echo of a solitary siren
one that pushes me along, and leaves me so
Desperate and ravenous
So weak and powerless
Over you

We're in a hospital room where a slightly built man who stands 6'4" paces between two hospital rooms muttering to himself. The shrieks of two women can be heard coming from the hospital rooms. The rooms are 2 rooms apart and the man continually paces seemingly very worried. After a few minutes of this continual pacing we here the cries of one child, the man continues pacing back and forth faster and faster still muttering to himself. One finger on his left hand sticks up now. His pacing continues faster and faster until he hears the sounds of a second child crying. More lines appear on his face, his face seems somehow moving together as we hear two children crying continuously coming from both the hospital rooms.

Someone feed the monkey
while I dig in search of China
White as dracula
As I approach the bottom
Desperate and ravenous
So weak and powerless
Over you

The man enters the first hospital room and we see a very pretty blonde laying on the bed cradling a newborn child in her arms. Despite the ordeal she's been through she still has retained the beauty we can tell she has. She smiles at the man as he approaches, she hands him over to the man and the woman says, "This is our first son, Jack."

Little angel go away
Come again some other day
The devil has my ear today
I'll never hear a word you say
He promised I would find a little
Solace and some peace of mind
Whatever, just as long as I don't feel so
Desperate and ravenous
So weak and powerless

The man enters the second hospital room and we see a woman who looks exactly alike with the woman in the first room. She looks somehow weathered from her ordeal, she smiles as the man enters the room, but it is a false smile, something's wrong. The man doesn't notice this and walks to her as he did with the other woman. The newborn she cradles in her arm is slightly smaller than the other and he too is a boy. The woman speaks, "This is our son, Jason." Her face goes slightly pale and her eyes flutter. Those were her last words.

Desperate and ravenous
So weak and powerless
Over you

....The End
