WORK
WITH A VEHICLE SPECIALIST
- A
vehicle specialist will call you the evening before the auction, discuss
the photos, notes we have taken and general condition. With your participation
we will narrow down the search to 3-5 candidates.
- The
day of the auction we bid on the car and usually win since the car is pre-sold
we can go a little higher, but that is usually not the case. We obviously
have a maximum price set by you that we won't exceed. We have the car post-inspected
by the auction technicians for frame and major engine or body damage.
- If
we cannot find a car near your location, we will find one at the auction
closest to you. Our contacts in the trucking industry allow us to get excellent
rates on vehicle transport.
- When
the car reaches you, we inspect again to make sure nothing happened during
the transport. We detail the car and it is ready for delivery. If the car
is shipping directly to you we can either meet the car at the shipping terminal
for delivery to you or make arrangements for you to pick up the vehicle.
PICK
UP YOUR VEHICLE
- When
you come and pick up the car you are given the opportunity to test drive
the car. If everything meets your standards you pay the auction price plus
9.5% Well before this point you should have either contacted
your bank to initiate the loan process or arranged other method of payment.
(VISA, MASTERCARD, CASHIER CHECK).
- You
pay for the car and we then start the registration and title transfer process.
You are given 7-days or 700 miles to make
sure the car meets your requirements. If the car doesn't meet your requirements
we take it back and send it back through a local auction. However, for subsequent
cars we do not charge any additional deposits. Once you place your original
deposit we work until we find the right car for you. Therefore we both share
in the risk of the transaction.
With
the thousands of dollars you will save, we are very confident that you will
be happy with the quality of vehicle and service you will obtain. We sincerely
hope you give DLUX CARS a try.
