2. Go with the Flow Martial Arts also works with the New Orleans Tai Chi Meet Up Group, which meets the first Saturday of every month at 10:30am at Audubon Park Uptown New Orleans. This is a free program to get more people interested in learning Tai chi Chuan.
3, Group Lessons are every Saturday at 9:30am (weather permitting) at Audubon Park. The costs are only $20.00 month (about $5.00 a class) Students may also pay as they go, which costs only $8.00 a class. The First lesson is always free. Please contact the school to schedule your first lesson.
4. Private Lessons are also given by appointment.
