Challenge - 'Damaged' - TLC

Chris didn't know what was wrong with him. He loved Joey with all his heart. But his last relationship left him doubting everything.

Joey didn't know what to do with Chris. He did love Chris. But the accusations were driving him crazy.

"Chris...What's going on?"

"What do you mean honey?"

"You keep on thinking that I am cheating on you."

"Umm...Well...."

"Well..."

"I don't know."

Joey sighed.

"Well then I don't know about us. Good-bye Chris."

"Joey...Why?"

"I can't be with someone who doesn't trust me."

"I do trust you!"

"Then show me Chris. Show me."

"Where are you going?"

"I'm going to stay at my house."

Joey left, leaving Chris alone.

"I gotta fix this. Or I'm gonna loose him for sure."

Joey woke up the next morning with a C-d on the pillow next to him.

"What the...."

He reached under him and fished for his c-d player. He put the c-d in and played it. He was shocked to hear Chris's voice on it.

'Hey Joey. I didn't know how to tell you what is going on with me. So I found this song. It tells how I feel. I do love you Joey. I don't want to loose you. Please just listen to the c-d and think about it.

Joey wiped his eyes as the c-d came to an end.

'I gotta talk to Chris."

Joey threw on some cloths and got into his car. He drove to Chris's house.

Chris was still in bed when Joey let himself in. Joey climbed the staris to Chris's bedroom. He opened the door and starred at the man in the bed.

Chris could feel that someone was in the room. He tensed, but relaxed when he felt Joey wrap his arms around him.

He was damaged, but he wasn't broken. And as long as Joey was with him, he never would be.
