My youngest seven children were so close in age, that when we referred to them all at once, we called them the "seven littles." This is a picture of the youngest six, Katie, Jordan, Matthew, Sarah, Sheena and Michael.

     It was a wonderful, joyous family, and my youngest children were like the frosting on the cake. Those years held a kind of magic, because the youngest were so close in age. When Sarah and Sheena were born, Matthew was ten months old. When Sarah and Sheena were fourteen months old, Michael was born. It was a lot like raising quadruplets in many ways, and though it was lots of work, I had older children who always had a spare lap or a tender hug, so we all enjoyed the little ones together. Sarah and Sheena had very bubbly personalities, and kept us laughing. They were so close, having been womb-mates, and after that, room-mates. They had a wonderful time together. I must say, that having twice the amount of little-girl-shrieks and giggles in the family, made for lots of humor! Our family probably did more laughing during those years, than any other time.
