Basic Elements Of servivce Advisor
- 1- Word of Mouth to your customers
- a. Listen carefully to customer's request and through proper questioning
determine the appropriate repair or maintenance work.
- b. Service Advisor must explain thoroughly the serviceing or repair contents as well
as the approximate estimated cost( if the price list is not availabl) and get the customer's
agreement.
- c. Inform the customer the appropriate time to collect the vehicle.
- 2- Think of Customer's Need
- a. Offer service which will meet the customer's expectation.
- b. Give advice to the customer from a professional viewpoint.
- c. Provide regular follow-up recommending periodic maintenance,etc.
- d. Be honest and sincere when recommending additional work.
3- Organisational Goal
a. By providing quality service at resonable cost, with excellent &
professioal cusotmer care skills,organisational goals and cusotmer loyalty
can be achieved which will result in repeat sales.
