links to sub assy are below instructions

First off, do not try to build this. Just thinking of building it might hurt you. If you do build it, you will die. ***1- lay out sub frame as shown. Make sure it is flat when you tack pcs together. make sure you use 2x2x1/4 for the 1 tube going into hitch. Weld all seams 3/16 fillet. drill 11/16 hole in 2x2x1/4 to suit your hitch ***2- lay out 2 racks on a flat surface and tack. Weld all seams 3/16 fillet. Grind welds smooth for corner spacers. One side each frame ***3- Set first frame on table, set 4 angle spacers on corners and tack. Layout 2 flat spacers on centerline and tack. Make sure all pcs are square. Set 2nd frame on top of spacers. Check line up with 1st frame and tack. Weld all seams 3/16 fillet ***4- Center up basket on top of sub frame . you should have 20 ½ each way, side to side. And ¾ front to back. The ¾ is for weld. Square all and tack ¾ dimension. Flip over and tack bottom. Weld basket to sub frame 3/16 fillet. ***5- Add in expanded metal. You may need to add a 1/8 x 2 spacer to top of sub frame to make up for tube radius. The gap in expanded metal will fall on center tube, on top of 1/8 inch spacer. Tack all touching areas between basket and expanded metal, it will rattle if you skip this. ***6- Add gusset to sub frame and weld 3/16 fillet. ***7- Add tie down loops, tube caps(mcmaster carr) polish out and paint ***8- If you are this far down, you are already dead
