"Pizza!!!" Joey cheered as Justin and JC walked into the hotel room with five boxes of pizza.
"Five?" Elisbeph asked, raising an eyebrow. "How much do you guys eat?" Mel, Star, Roxie, and I raised an eyebrow at her. "I should know that by now, shouldn't I?" We all giggled and grabbed two boxes, leaving the other three for the guys.
"What movie did Kayla (our tour manager) rent?" Justin asked, sitting down on the bed behind Mel, who was seated on the floor with the rest of us girls. We were in a circle around the pizza's.
"Umm . . ." I picked up the two movies, "there's Star Wars: Phantom Menace."
"Chuck it," the girls said. I threw it onto the bed.
"She's All That."
"Kill it!" Chris and JC yelled. Justin pretended to gag as Lance and Joey just concentrated on their pizza.
"Okay, then, we're left with The Matrix." There was a round of "whoop" and hollers by the guys.
"Keanu Reeves is just so hot," Mel joked, fanning herself. The girls and I nodded in agreeance, quickly catching onto her plan. The guys stopped cheering and looked one another.
"Maybe we should have gone with Star Wars," Chris said. The five of us cracked up. While everyone was getting situated, I got up and put the movie in. When I went to sit down, JC pulled me into his lap and kissed me softly. I wrinkled my nose.
"Pizza breath," I said. He laughed and put his chin on my shoulder.
"Don't you two start making out or anything," Elis warned. JC and I both looked at her and wiggled our eyebrows. She groaned and snuggled up against Joey.

She's finally back in my arms where she's supposed to be. I kissed Alex's neck before turning my attention back to the movie. She squeezed my hands, which were laced around her front, and leaned back against my chest. I settled back against the foot of the bed when someone's cell phone rang.
"Who's is it this time?" Star groaned. She got up and went searching around the room for it. When she found it, she answered it. "Hello?" There was a long pause and she looked guiltily me and Alex. My spirits dropped a little until I felt Alex shake her head.
"I'm not answering it," she said, tightening her grip on my hands.
She's scared, I realized.
"You sure?" Star asked. Alex nodded vigorously. I saw Elis and Roxie glance at one another. "Umm, she's not in right now. Can I take a message . . . umm, she left it here by accident . . . well, I don't think she needed her cell phone to go to the gift shop . . . okay, I'll tell her you called . . . no, I won't forget . . . okay, bye." Before the person on the other side of the conversation could say anything, Star hung up the phone and laid it on the dresser. She turned to Alex. "It was Brian." Alex nodded and leaned back against me, sighing uneasily.
Halfway through the movie, Alex began to shake. I looked down at her and saw tears streaming down her face. I turned her around to face me and held her tight as she sobbed quietly on my chest. The others saw her and they turned off the movie. I smiled thankfully at them as they exited the room as quietly as they possibly could. The only one who stayed behind was Chris.
"Can I talk to her alone?" Chris asked. I looked down at the weeping Alex and nodded. Slowly, I unwrapped my arms from around her and put my hands on her shoulders.
"Are you going to be okay?" I asked her, putting a hand under her chin and forcing her to look at me. She sniffed and smiled weakly, nodding slightly. Kissing her forehead, I left the room, leaving her and Chris behind.
