  16            ounces  fat-free sour cream
  1                cup  fat-free mayonnaise
  1            package  water chestnuts, canned -- drained and chopped
  3                     green onion -- chopped

Combine all ingredients except melba toasts in a bowl; stir well. Cover and 
refrigerate 2 hoursor until chilled. Stir before serving with melba toast crackers.
