     1/4           cup  egg substitute, liquid
  1         tablespoon  white vinegar -- or lemon juice
  2        tablespoons  sugar
     1/2      teaspoon  salt -- optional
     1/2      teaspoon  dry mustard
     1/2      teaspoon  paprika
                 pinch  pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth, 
scraping down container with rubber spatula as needed. 
Store covered in fridge.
