- Plan B Instructions - If antihistamin is not in bin D-5, call in order to pharmacy at 782-xxxx. If after hours, fill out "pink" pharmacy order form and fill out yellow "borrow" form to take to another ward. Be sure to note where the med was borrowed and how much on the yellow form.
