Much of my Poland ‘rant’ has been edited because a ‘Knight in Shining Armor’ in the person of Arthur came to my rescue. Who says praying to your Guardian Angels doesn’t help?!? He has been a Godsend to me. Thanks, Arthur. The world needs more people like him.

When we visited Wawel Hill in January of 2002, I purchased a really cool map of Cracow. It shows drawings of the buildings, streets, etc. I was sitting in the kitchen opening the boxes from our sea shipment when I looked up at the picture of Cracow (That’s how it is spelled on this map.) and realized that there is a stylized angel covering the old town of Krakow! It even has a halo!!! WOW!!!

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DOES NOT NEED TO GO TO WAR WITH IRAQ!!!.
I can give you so many reasons why this is stupid, but will save that for later… Why have a war now? The present Bush administration is using the excuse that Saddam isn’t ‘living up to his agreement’ at the end of the Gulf War to perpetrate this endeavor. Hey! Two minutes after the troops left, Saddam broke that agreement! Why now after 10 years do we suddenly need to go to war again with that country? I’ll tell you. It is because a Bush is in the White House. Dear guests, can’t you see what is happening here? This is all about oil. The Bushes are oil men from Texas!!! Give me a break! How stupid do they think we Americans are? Don’t get me wrong. I don’t like Saddam. In fact, I think he is loathsome. And, I also think he should be held to his agreements. I think he is as evil as Mugabe, but I KNOW we don’t need to go to war in Iraq. What a blunder that would be! We have been watching this guy for over 10 years. He can’t live forever. He is going to die. Are you listening? Saddam Hussein IS GOING TO DIE!!! So is Osama Bin Laden for that matter. Why risk the lives of our young men and women (thousands of them) to take out one guy? Does the word, “Duh” ring a bell? There are intrinsic Iraqis that want him disposed. Why don’t we just send a few of our people to help them? We have secret ‘ops’ and CIA to take care of these matters. WE DO NOT NEED A WAR. This is a war for Bush. Bush wasn’t even elected by popular vote and he came to office under the most mysterious, miscreant, morally bankrupt and despicable of elections. Why he would do this is beyond the ken of logical, honest folks, unless there is a hidden agenda. Perhaps it is his own hubris and he just wants to ‘finish’ Saddam for his daddy.
And, he doesn’t mind putting our country at war to do so.
Wake up America!!!
