Chapter five

Battle of the gods pt.1

Yuna strangled Cray with his right hand as he blasted Tenchi with an energy ray making him cry out in pain with Cray. “AHHHHHHH!” Ursula was laid out bleeding from her side while Ryu and Ryoko were trapped inside a huge blue crystal pounding on the glass both were in full rage mode as Sasami barely fended off Yuna’s monsters with the help of Fray and Ryo-oki.

Yosho and Mihoshi were decking monsters left and right as Ayeka sent her guardians to save Tenchi. “AHHHHH!” Tenchi managed to break free of the beam and backfliped away from the further strings of energy heading his way.

Cray bit Yuna hard making the powerful evildoer drop him. Cray grabbed Ursula and ran at full speed into the woods surrounding the ruined house. “Ryu we must attack that crack we made at once!”

”Agreed!” Ryoko and Ryu who was in hybrid form smashed there fists into the crack and the magic resistant crystal cage broke. Both of them flew at Yuna who hovered above Tenchi who had been hit by a stray energy beam looked weak as the two guardians made an energy bubble around Tenchi and tried to fly away with him.

“Death to all Juraians!” Ayeka screamed as Yuna fired a blast of energy at Tenchi. Ryu swooped in and decked Yuna throwing off the blast of energy. That slammed into the earth and made it crack.

Washu was frantically trying to gather everyone around a portal. Ayeka who cradled Tenchi who had been delivered to her by the guardians stepped into the gate. “Hurry Ryu and Ryoko! It will only last a few more moments!”

Fray grabbed Ryo-oki and she made him turn around and grab Sasami who frowned at being forgotten. “Sorry Sasami I am a guy and all hehehe” Ryo-oki bashed Fray in his skull as he leapt into the portal with the two women. Cray ran into the portal with Ursula quickly as monsters began to surround her but Yosho and Mihoshi knocked them away and entered the portal.

Washu struggled with her controls to keep the portal open as a sword sliced her equipment in half. “Hello Washu” Washu gasped as the masked warrior slapped her away from the fading portal.

”I can’t let you save these two… My master wants them alive!” Ryu and Ryoko were sending punches Yuna’s way as he just dodged and teleported. Ryu began to charge up a magic blast.

”Ryu! Lets do a combination attack!” Ryu nodded and grunted as he flung his blast at Yuna who was recovering from a slash from Ryoko’s energy blade.

”NO way!” Yuna was hit head on by the ball of power and slammed into the lake. Ryu and Ryoko then flew at the masked attacker and tackled him out of the way as Washu hopped into the portal right before it closed saying.

”I will try to send you our coordinates! Get Tenchi’s dad and get out of here! I fear this Yuna is too strong for even Ryu!” Ryu transformed into his Tyrant form and flew away with Ryoko on his back.

Yuna got out of the lake and promptly killed his servant with a beam of black energy. “Soon I shall alter history… And rule all! MUWHAHAHAHAHA!” Ryu flew over a bus as it turned a corner then landed in front of it as Ryoko bust in the door and grabbed Tenchi’s dad.

”NO I do not want to see if I can be a hero!” He cried as he was tossed on Ryu’s back. The bus driver just muttered.

”Damn Masaki and his whole family always busting up my bus….” Ryu just stared then lifted off with his passengers.

”I will open a portal… Um where to?” Ryoko was back in her dress and thought for a moment.

”I don’t have a clue… Washu err mom needs to contact us if she can…”

”ITS HOPELESS!!!” Ayeka cried as Tenchi lay still knocked out in her arms as Sasami was boiling a pot of beef stew she got from Washu along with some emergency kitchen equipment.

”Oh hush Ayeka… You over react! Tsunami tells me that Tenchi just needs rest that is all… Or if you do not cease to whine I shall turn you into a rabbit” Fray winked at Ayeka and she shut up as Ryo-oki punched him in the arm.

”So what now? Ryoko is like a sister to me… Sniff” Sasami smiled at her cabbit friend.

”Aww she will be okay… Washu what do we do now?” Washu was busy wielding a circuit board.

”This is delicate work… May take time to get out of this forest… Where ever it is…” In truth the group had ended up in the middle of a forest near a castle… A very evil looking castle but besides that it was a metallic castle complete with moat.

“Hey lets do this repair job in that castle!” Cray said hugging Ursula as she slept in his arms her side bandaged.

”Okay just let me finish this circuit board… Just twenty more and I can activate the Chrono Jumper!” Everyone who was awake blinked.

”Washu are you planning on doing some time travel?” Yosho asked cleaning his specs.

”Maybe my cutey!” Yosho blushed as Washu took off her wielding goggles.

”Not entirely you see we are in an alternate dimension as far as I can tell… Not the future of Terra as you think I mean Earth. But the technical name of the planet earth is Terra when shortened. I mean you can name any planet Earth if it has soil on it… HEY WAIT FOR ME!”

Washu gathered her equipment and joined the others as they walked to the castle. Mihoshi had loaded her gun with a fresh power cell and was in the lead. “I will make sure we are safe!”

Just as the group entered the castle the gates slammed close over the entrance. Yosho glared at a figure covered in robes that walked towards them. Tenchi who was awake summoned the light hawk sword and smirked.

”Who are you and why are you walking so slowly towards us!?” Everyone sweat dropped at the dumb question.

”Hello my name is…” Momo removed her hood. “Momo and welcome to my castle laboratory!” The sound of Momo’s voice echoed in the halls as she cackled evilly. Rey walked next to her and smiled.

”Sorry about that whole evil thing earlier… Momo was having her time of the month and…” Rey was soon in a coma as all the females in the area beat him down. Yosho and Tenchi gulped as they looked at Fray who looked uncaring.

Fray just smirked at them. “Oh well he deserved it… Anyway have any food?” Momo nodded as she hefted Rey over her shoulder and smiled.

”Yes my robot slaves are making dinner now… Just relax and be ready to have DNA samples taken!” Washu was grinning while everyone else took the joke seriously.

Nina was moping as she sighed loudly. “Ryu my love… I hope you are okay….” At that moment Ryu was flying over Tokyo it’s night sky now darkened and lit up by the buildings beneath him.

”Nina I miss you… And tonight was to be the night…” Ryoko snickered as father listened to a Walkman.

”So you were going to consummate your love tonight eh? Me I have wanted Tenchi so badly for a while now I just let my fantasies go wild! It really helps with those lonely nights… Or you could kill something… Me I killed plenty of anything in my spare time… Hell we had enough food for a year saved up! Till you guys came… I understand Ryu I really do… You could always”

Ryoko whispered the next and Ryu nearly converted back into a hybrid dragon at the thought. “Um no…. I don’t do that never have… Um hey is that!?” A huge fireball sailed at Ryu as he dived to avoid it.

”Ryu what do we do now!” Tenchi’s dad asked as Ryu sped up by unfurling his light hawk wings and using the energy to form a shield that created an atmosphere around him and his passengers.

”Hang on tight! I am going into space! Let’s see that fake dragon Yuna keep up now!” Ryu increased his speed as Ryoko held onto Tenchi’s dad as she hung onto Ryu’s scales on his back.

Yuna smiled and in his self named Ultra Dragon form unfurled his own set of wings and flew after Ryu shooting. Ryu dodged each shot and managed to get into orbit where he closed his wings and zoomed along at high altitudes and speeds.

Nearly hitting Mir Ryu screeched as he started to talk Telepathically to Ryoko and Tenchi’s dad. “Hang on I am going to… Ahhhhh!” Ryu was hit hard by a wide beam, his energy field protected Ryoko and Tenchi’s dad but left him open to attack and so the attack had knocked him out of the sky.

”Goodnight dragon god!” Yuna roared and soon flew into a portal as Ryu fell the reentry heating up his body.

”WAKE UP!” Ryoko screamed as they fell.

”Wake up Cray!” Ursula said as Cray snored loudly. “Your snoring is making me mad! And I do not think you want me mad… Do you?” Cray woke up as Ursula leapt on him and kissed him.

”Your feeling better… Cool so want to go train?” Ursula got up and put on her clothes changing out of the large robe Momo had given her as a nightshirt.

“Yea just give me a second… My side still hurts” Cray frowned and smashed a desk next to the bed.

”Yuna is so going to hurt once I find him… Hehehehe” Ursula was worried whenever Cray laughed like that it was certain that he was being truthful and that he intended to kill Yuna for what he did.

”Cray… Do you still love her?” Cray sighed.

”We have been through this before… I do it hurts a lot but then I realized that during my trip that my thoughts about you were real… I had accepted that she… Was gone… And I was trying to hide my true pain by being leader… For the while that I was until Ryu showed up… Funny Rey says that Ryu did the same thing in his other life… Oh well Worrens are just second stringers when it comes to the gods and there power lust…”

Ursula smiled “Okay forget about that whole Ryu thing and come on… I am sure some training will help you with your thoughts… And my own… I just hope Nina is alright…”

Nina walked along a bridge that connected to Momo’s spiral tower laboratory, which was used for dimensional research while the rest of the castle was used for general research “Nina do not worry! Ryu is fine… The other Ryu I knew was a nice guy also… He and his Nina were happy… In fact you are her… Or rather her reincarnation!”

Nina blinked and looked confused. “You’re saying our love is never ending?” Momo sighed and smiled.

”Yep! You and Ryu are always born as the Princess and her Dragon… It is a nice little set up forged by fate centuries ago… Currently you’re on a world I claimed for my own a while ago… Back in the third generation… I was on a shopping trip for supplies after Rey called Rei in that life had left me to go on a search for his own kind… Not many of him was around then… Anyway I went to Wyndia and ended up in your time period by falling through a portal… I lost some of my memories and only recently got them back… Sorry about that whole evil trip but I sort of was out of it during my… Um monthly visit…”

Nina giggled and said. “Yes I know how that is”

”Besides that I got my kitty back.. Course he is just a reincarnated version of himself… But he has some memories of the past… Just only when he dreams… It is said the soul traverses time and space while one sleeps… That is the basis for my research into reincarnation… Besides Nina here in my spiral tower lab we can find out how Ryu is doing”

Momo entered a room inside the tower with Nina and flopped into a chair and relaxed as Nina pulled up a chair and sat. Momo pulled out a large remote and turned on a large screen television.

On the screen was Ryu with Ryoko and the two were making out. “NOOOOOO!” Nina was in tears as she looked away. Momo blinked.

”Sorry that is dimension xl1342 of the alpha quadrant… That isn’t your Ryu! Look at him he has blond hair!” Nina looked back and dried her tears.

”Oh well… Find my RYU!” Momo switched channels and soon Ryu was back on screen and Ryoko was giving him mouth to mouth.

”He is hurt!” Momo blinked.

”Yep looks like he has stopped breathing… Oh there he goes… Um you should keep this to yourself… It is sort of outlawed to look in on people… Heh”

Ryu coughed and looked at Ryoko and hugged her. “Thank god you are okay! Grandpa would kill me if you died… And I would not exist…” Ryoko blinked.

”WHA!!! Im your grandma!?” Ryu stood and coughed.

”Yea I got more of my memories back in the crash… How is Tenchi’s pops?” Tenchi’s father slept quietly.

”Forget him are you okay!? Sheesh I save your life and you suddenly sell me this story about you being my grand kid… Wow me and Tenchi hook up… I am so shocked” Ryu blinked and giggled.

”What’s more you’re alive in my time or rather Jurai of the future… You see Ayeka also married Tenchi… I mean the king of the universe or former king sort of can have more than one wife…” Ryoko strangled Ryu.

”You ruined my vision of the perfect marriage!” Ryu gagged and fell over as Ryoko let him go.

”Aw screw it I sort of guessed that would happen… Say doesn’t that make you…” Ryu shook his head.

”Nah my brother becomes king me I get to become a god… Course I sort of gave that gig up…”

”And thus left yourself open for attack!” Yuna said landing next to Ryu. Ryu drew his sword and glared at him.

”Come now… You and your grandma need to help me with an experiment in… Cloning… I need a dragon YOU are that dragon… To help me with this problem in the cloning process… Refuse” Yuna snapped his fingers as monsters appeared.

”And die… Help me… and live it is your call cousin” Ryu blinked.

”You’re no cousin of mine! To hell with you!” Ryu ran at Yuna and he went matrix on him and side stepped him and kicked him thrice once in the stomach and twice in the face sending Ryu into a back flip that ended with him on the ground moaning.

”Ryoko… Want me to kill your kids kid? Muwhahahaha cough cough… Cough medicine!” A monster woman with horns coming out of her head and a black dress on came up with a bottle of the stuff.

”Sire you need to drink more of this stuff! I may be your nurse but come off it even I cannot help ye when you refuse to take your medicine! Your tan is coming along nicely also. All those years in a lab were no help to your complexion now were they?” Yuna drank the medicine as monsters grabbed Ryu and Ryoko from behind.

”You will never defeat good Dr!” Ryoko cried as she kicked a monster in the crotch that got to close. Yuna smirked and ran a claw along Ryoko’s face as he assumed his new hybrid form.

”Oh I can do much more Ryoko… Come my pets lets go…” A monster meowed and Yuna sighed as he opened a can of sardines and tossed him the can. Ryu broke free as the other monsters carried off Tenchi’s still sleeping father.

”Let him go… I only need her for now…” Yuna and the rest vanished as Ryu kept on sprinting into the forest the fugitive theme in his ears.

”Where the hell is that coming from? And why do I feel like I am on some television somewhere being watched?”

Momo coughed “Dang dragons and there ninth sense…” Nina blinked as Momo said. “Don’t ask… Just don’t… Anyway your husband is okay for now lets see how Rey is doing since we beat him into a coma”

Nina blushed “I understand he is coming out of it today?” Momo nodded as the women left the lab and stepped onto a transporter. Momo got a glint in her eye’s as Nina noticed it and said.

”Oh fudge…” Momo and Nina switched bodies in a bright flash.

”Great now I can seduce Cray and rule the Worren nation!!!” Nina slapped her forehead and sighed.

”I will be in the bathroom throwing up… I can’t take this!” Momo smirked.

”Fine be that way but I will have Cray and everything he has… Um how do you walk in this body anyway? Your legs are so… Um short” Nina blinked.

”Just keep your hands to your sides and when you run lean forward and flap your wings” Momo in Nina’s body nodded and promptly fell on her spine.

”Owww my spine!” Nina sighed and soon was back in her own body with Momo now tied up and gagged.

”You did that just to waste time! What is your goal!?” Momo nodded at the doorway as Ryoko stood there her eyes glowing and filled with evil. “Oh let me guess the whole switch bodies and rule gag was a distraction for the reader so this new plot twist could be introduced?”

Momo nodded and hopped into a room and slammed the door. Ryoko ignited her blade and smirked. “Now this will not hurt… I am going to remove your head… Okay?” Nina was already gone and running down the stairs inside the tower and had reached the bottom floor when Ryoko came through the wall and slashed at her.
