INTRODUCTION
When my kids started asking questions I couldn't answer about their heritage, I decided to investigate. Most of the Link research had already been done by my late Aunt, Irene (Link) Clifton, and her daughter Carrie (Clifton) Eckert. They had spent years finding and recording the family history. I contacted Carrie about bringing it up to date. She suggested I E-mail our cousin, Steve Dalton, who was also researching the family history. The three of us worked together to come up with what we now have.
Linda Russell, a McGraw cousin, contributed much of the McGraw history, and gave me leads on distant family to contact.
Denise Evans, Sue Stanfill, and Tim McGraw have also been helpful.
There are people who are not related that have gone out of their way to help.
Jim Hastings, Michael Miller, and Phillip Pearson, to name a few.
Don Conley, my cousin and friend, has been invaluable in
the Baldwin research, and the creating of this "Page". Without his help, not to mention the work he has done, this project would have never happened.
