Invisible Beauty

Beautiful naked madness
Invisible to most
Running crazy through the streets
Raising havoc on its host.
Tearing past time watchers
Ripping through constellations
But no one sees this chaos
That’s not part of the equation.
Bare beauty running
In oceans blue and green
Drowning in saltwater
But smiling from within.
Its handsome simpleness
Magnetic to my fingertips
But it moves too fast for human hands
Imperceptible, intangible, eclipsed
And once you think you’ve seen it
Your eyes too soon deceived
You’ll try to remember an image
But no likeness is retrieved.
