Let's take a step back. Last night...

I went to Nicole's to get Rob. The first thing they tell me when I get there is that there was a bomb threat at my school, so we're cancelled the next day. Shocked??? of course I was. (but I'll get to that later.) We decided to kick around at the mall. (because that's the only place to go.) We ran into a bunch of people we know. (they must have had the same idea.) First it was my old boss Kim, then Megan, Sara, and Trent. (all in the same store.) We went searching for earrings, and ran into James and a group of his friends. He... he is really starting to bother me. He's been nothing but obnoxious to me lately. I'm promoting him to "official button pusher".

I made Rob stop and visit Jeremy with me. I guess there's been quite a few things going on with him. He put his truck in a ditch. (He did that before with his mom's van.) I'm telling you... this weather is tearing everybody up. Then when we finally left the mall, we went to Arby's for some eats. While we were there, this group of girls who were giggling in the corner, got up to leave... (the funniest thing...) they get in the car, and drive past the windows waving and beeping at Rob. (the place was empty. no, I'm not imagining things) They didn't just wave. They didn't just beep. They waved AND beeped at Rob. He's attached. But, I need to learn some of his skills. He did nothing, and had 3 college age girls (he's a sophomore, and they were actually cute.) drooling over him. Man, I have no skills.

Today...

I slept in. because of the bomb threat, I didn't have to go to school. yes, seriously, a BOMB threat. They don't know who it was. (we all have our opinions) It was a high school student. They didn't say whether it was a phone call, an e-mail, or a letter. They searched the school with bomb sniffing dogs, and found nothing. So tomorrow, we all have to go back to school knowing that there's a possibility we could all be blown to pieces. (not something I'm looking forward to.)

I went to Nicole's at about 3. We were going to watch a movie. but when Stubbs showed up, we watched tv for awhile then only half of American Pie. Nicole had plans, so here I am. I'm thinking about calling Dan. (another desperate attempt...) We haven't really talked much since classes changed. I can see myself drifting from him. As soon as I heard he was dating Danae, I knew I'd lost any chance I may have had. It's the worst feeling. (one of the many) so, I think I'll go bother him. sounds like fun.
