A Word On The Texts
The Baleful Head, Edward Burne-Jones, 1886-7

Note on the Texts

The texts on this page are essentially 'foreign languages' in a very drastic sense of the word. You will not find them in any book that I currently know of, and I've seen no correlation to any language presently known on Earth. Languages can stem from anywhere, some are related, but may not correspond with others.

Language can be defined and understood in depths that I find cannot be conveyed through English, or any other human-spoken tongue. The extent of the depth is the result of the source of the particular tongue, a reflection on the culture that speaks it, and the nature of their purpose.

You will see/hear and most likely feel a familiarness towards some of these if they relate to you. You might recognize it from a past existence, a phrase that has run through your head for no definite reason, or past meetings with others. Or, if you are among the majority, none of this makes any sense to you as of yet. Language is a deeper thing than simply speech and comprehension, it goes beyond words, and even beyond feelings. The texts recorded here do not give the full impression of what they were when they were communicated in their original place and context, as a result, much can be lost in the translation into our lettering system. To make up for this, effort is required on your part to bridge the gap, and in that process, ultimately expanding your perception. Though you may try, some of you may simply not be able to get the gist of it. You may not be meant to. At times, c'est la vie.

The use of this page is to express, to people that are willing to listen, things that need to be said. This particular way of going about it may be a bit unconventional, and a part of me is hesitant to create, but I feel it needs to be done.

Take what you will from this, for whatever motive you may possess, but do so with the intention of betterment. Any other motive, beyond the cause of what is right, will not be triumphant in the end.
