This goes way beyond half-assed! This is like eighth-assed! I think that this is a Celica whose owner couldn't afford an entire body kit or an entire paint job, for that matter. The back revealed half a bumper, but an entire fart tip.
At least the owner knows to put the money where it counts the most- into the muffler.
