I just thought that this car looked funny the way it was sitting. That tire looks like it's been driven for quite some time like that. So either this was someone who made lemons (besides the car, the flat tire) into lemonade (now it looks -from most angles, anyways- like he has hydraulics). Or there was some sort of incident with the cops involving spike strips and this is where they dumped the getaway vehicle.
