At first, this looks like a run-of-the-mill Chrysler Sebring. Nothing odd about it at all. Well, it could use a bath.
Pegboard? I have that stuff in my garage. But I don't use it on my car. I use it to hang tools from. I bet, by the way it covers the radiator like that, it aids in rapid engine heat buildup, which is good to have during the long cold winter months. But otherwise, I don't think those little holes allow enough air to hit the radiator. Which may explain why it's parked in a salvage yard.
