Protected against the elements!

We have your typical accessorized Geo. Bra, alloy-esque wheelcovers, giant wing, No Fear sticker.

Things that make it "different": vinyl tape triangles (that become stripes once you get to the roof, and continue to the top of the rear wing), and a wood-look rubber steering wheel cover (not visible in picture).

Here we have a better view of the wing. The stripes are barely visible, if at all. Another thing that didn't turn out (damn crappy weather!) was the pepper-shaker-lookin' thing attached to the exhaust pipe. I'm not sure exactly what those exhaust thingies do. I mean besides cost money and look stupid.

*close-up picture of pipe-attachment coming soon*

But here's what makes this car worthy of acknowledgement: caulk. Yes caulk. To keep water and dirt from getting in between the wing base and the hatch itself, the owner has applied this sealant. Sure it's rough and unpainted and looks cheap. It is! The point is, it works, as this photo proves.

So, for all you out there who are attaching wings to your cars, be they Cavaliers or Probes, remember that caulk is a lot cheaper than proper installation.
