   My name is Louise Downs Carver.  I'm so glad you came by.   My Page is made especially for the Hubert Downs family to browse, to learn a bit about their past, maybe to remember if they are old enough or maybe remember listening to the older folk talk.  There are family genealogy items, some pictures, some short anecdotes, a few poems.  A niece in California requested it because of wanting know more about her Downs family.
