Demetrius

Demetrius is a lesser lord of Athens, who has made business dealings with Egeus which include the hand of Hermia as a part of the bargain. He enjoys Hermia's fiesty and violent rages, and gets off on her beating him silly. He chases her into the woods late one night, and is forever bewitched by the fairies to find his true love, Helena, instead.
