Special note about charge card orders: Your Editor's Choice order appears on your charge card statement as Electric Bookshelf - not Editor's Choice.

About our Customer Support Issues

Shipping Methods:

Charge Card orders:

We mail out all of our orders in the continental US, HI and ALaska and Canada via US Postal service Mail. All approved card orders are shipped within 48 hours. If your charge card order was not approved we email you an notice.

If you mail a charge card order and it is approved it is shipped within 48 hours of receiving your mail order.

Note our parent company is Electric Bookshelf and that is what appears on your charge card statement. Some individuals do not connect Electric Bookshelf with Editor's Choice and request a charge back causing us to have to furnish a copy of your original order. Please remember that your charge card statement will show Electric Bookshelf not Editor's Choice on your charge card statement.

Orders by Check:

On-line checks are deposited the day of the order and shipped after 10 days to make sure your check clears the bank.

Mail orders with checks are deposited the day we receive the check and we hold the order for 10 days to make sure your check clears.

Lost Orders:

A certain percentage of our orders we ship via the US Postal service get lost and we are never notified by the post office of these lost orders because they have no way of tracking them. When you notify us of a lost order we reship the order to you at no charge. If your lost order does finally show up, please return those review request forms since we do log and track each individual review request number and these numbers are reported to us by the publishers and manufacturers.

Replacement Orders Policy:

As explained in on our web page you are entitled one replacement form in the specific case that you did not receive the requested review product within 30 days. So if you sent off eight review request forms and received only five books you requested, you can request three free replacement forms.

You must send a copy of the request form for the review title you did not receive and send it along with a SASE or Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (don't forget the stamp!) to Editor's Choice, 4015 Holcomb Bridge Road, #350, pmb 869, Norcross, GA 30092. Attn: Rush Replacement Department.

We provide refunds only to customers who:

1) send out review request forms and and replacement forms and still do not receive at least three of the review titles they requested.

2) or customers who never receive their orders and our staff has lost their orders or request for replacement forms.

3) hardship cases where the reviewer is unable to participate in the review program for hardship reasons.
