Yom Kippur Spell for Releasing Grudges

Yom Kippur is all about forgiveness and making atonement for wrongdoing. To be fully forgiven, however, you must first forgive any wrongs done to you. To help you release a grudge you’re holding against someone, burn a purple candle while you grind together in a mortar and pestle:

Skullcap
Angelica
Boneset

Blow these from your palm into the wind in the direction of the person you are trying to release the grudge against, and say:

”I hold you blameless no matter the wrong,
To hold a hatred does me much harm;
To find forgiveness I first must see,
That offering forgiveness purifies me.
