Cold Feet Pamper and warm cold feet with a footbath containing rosemary essential oil for quick and long-lasting results. Mix 9 drops of rosemary essential oil with the warm water of a footbath, and mix well, soak your feet for 10 minutes and massage as you dry them.

Invigorate Tired Feet with a delightful salt-blend massage.
Mix together one-tablespoon coarse salt, four drops sandalwood oil, and two tablespoons sweet almond oil. Massage the mixture onto feet using circular motions.

Fever Compresses soaked into:

8 drops of peppermint essential oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 quart of cool water

For Middle Ear Infections Saturate a cotton ball in olive oil, drip 5 drops of lavender essential oil onto it and place it on the outer part of the affected ear. The lavender oil will help relieve the pain and inhibit the inflammation that often accompanies ear infections.

Hemorrhoids Mix 1 drop each of juniper essential oil, and Roman chamomile essential oil into a warm sitz bath. Sit for 5 minutes to allow the oils properties to help relieve painful hemorrhoids.
