Char and Bob
Bob Caplinger was completely surprised this summer (2010) with a birthday party celebrating his 70th birthday, planned by his wife, Char. It was held at Char's sister's home near Canton,and many friends and close family members attended, including Aunt Joretta and Uncle Paul.
