Here is your code for controlling your midi.  Simply copy/paste it directly following your background code in your HTML file.  I suggest you copy/paste it into your notepad until your ready to use it.

To copy this set simply place your cursor over each image, including Background, 
and right click.  When the pop-up window opens select "Save As...." and
designate where on your hard-drive you'd like to store the images.  Once you have selected the file to store the image in click  "Save".  That's all there is to it.  Do not link images to this page, copy everything to your own system.  This set must not be broken up and must be used as is.  You may not alter these images in any way including resizing, imbedding borders, enhancing, or beveling.  If you need additional navigation tags or minor changes to the existing ones please contact me and I will make the necessary changes for you if possible.  If you use any of my sets or creations I ask that, as a courtesy,  you please place a link-back on your site using the logo included with each set.  You may link to   http://clik.to/ladystarlite
