I have zipped this entire set for ease in downloading and setting up.  You will find the zip link towards the bottom of the page.  If you don't have WinZip you can copy the set by placing your cursor over each image, including the three backgrounds and then save them to a folder on your own system.  Don't forget to copy the midi too.   Once you have the images copied, click on the "view" button at the top of your tool bar on this page and select "view source".... once the html file is displayed click on "file" and then "save" to the same folder on your system that contains the images.  Make sure you save the "source" file with a .html extension .   You can then upload the html file to your site or your html editor and adjust accordingly.  The above image is a creation by William Whitaker and I have included a link button to be used with this set for Mr. Whitakers site.  Be sure to give credit where credit is due.
