I started in Afghan Hounds back in the late 60's and after my family has finally settled down I needed a personal time thing. So I started buying and selling antique dog things and my lady friend asked why I did not try to do some things myself?? She pushed me into painting on my ceramic things and that is where it all started. I have been doing this only for about a year now and my favorite is the leather purses for the ladies !! I like the brushes a lot but often hard on my eyes and my hands. I use acrylic paints on everything and then an all purpose sealer to finish.
