Toraja Tour
A three day-two night tour for a group of 15 people
(August 6 – 8, 2000)
- Day 1 : Morning departure from Makassar to Toraja; lunch at Pare-pare (a small harbor city 150 km from Makassar). Evening arrival at Toraja; check-in at the Misliana Hotel; dinner at the hotel.
- Day 2 : Breakfast at the hotel; a full day tour of :
- Lemo : Stone burial / sarcophagi
- Suaya : Royal burial grounds
- Rantepao : Lunch at a local restaurant
- Ke 'Te Kesu : Toraja traditional village
- Londa :Cliffside burial grounds
Return to the hotel and dinner at the hotel.
- Day 3 : Breakfast at the hotel, then depart to Makassar. Lunch at Pare-pare. Upon arrival at Makassar, the group will be taken directly to the airport or returned to the hotels.
