Christina Rosetti has had personal experience with crimes of hate, as she is a survivor of such a crime. This crime was perpetrated by campus police at the school where she taught Mathematics and a course in Spiritual Values, in Central New York. The campus police admitted that they were committing a Hate-Crime, to Christina Rosetti, but later denied it. The school administration, incredulously, later claimed that the campus police were acting on a tip from a student that the quality of the (Ms. Rosetti's) teaching was at issue. This they claimed despite a high recommendation from the Chairman of Mathematics from that school, and scores of recommendations from principals, vice-principals, deans, faculty, chair-people and students. Christina Rosetti is committed to ending Hate-Crimes in America.
