It was a large gray marble Hallway, that went on with the endless doors. One could spend ones entire night-life there. But Diana was not looking at the doors. She was looking at the Dreamers Surprise, a golden stone set upon a tripod. The Dreamers Surprise chose a World for the Dreamer, not the other way around. Slowly, she reached out to touch the stone. Soft golden light surrounded her as the Hallway faded from view. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Three years ago, a woman found a way to control dreams. On a thirteenth month, the thirteenth day, of 2013, a person had a prophetic dream about how to control dreams. This was strange in itself, for there were only twelve months in a year. Soon, this person had mechanics working on a chip that allowed a person to consciously control their dreams. The chip created a Hallway with as many doors as there were Worlds in the Dreamers mind. The Hallway was created after it was implanted in the persons mind because it created the Hallway to that specific person's desires. To do this, though, the chip was connected to the conscious brain as well as the subconscious. The creator was thanked and given a patent over it. This person was Diana Scotts. Three years later, a person created another part of it called the Dreamers Surprise. It was created to randomly take things out of the other Worlds and create a World the Dreamer might not have otherwise visited. Unfortunately, two days after its creation, the creator was caught in the Dreamers Surprises World. Two more days later, a second was caught. A week later, a third. The people came desperately to Dianas door, asking for help. She had not created the Dreamers Surprise, but she had created the rest of it. Maybe she could do something. So that night, she prepared to go into the Dreamers Surprises World. . . . . ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Dreamers Surprise The golden light softly disappeared from view. Diana looked around to find she was standing on a marble floor inside a building. There were columns of white marble at the front entrance. There were several people staring at her. Three were women who quickly disappeared, and one was a man, who promptly came up to her. He looked about twenty-one with spongy ice-white hair. His eyes were ice blue-white. With full lips and prominent cheekbones, he looked powerful. Greetings, he said in a voice full of welcome. Diana was shocked to realize that he spoke in a different language, but she could understand it. Then it dawned on her that this was, in a way, her dream. She looked around, then asked, From which of my dreams did this place come from? None, the ice-man told her. She looked at him. I assume you are looking for the souls. What happened? I shall explain in private. Come with me. He turned, his blue-white robs swirling out behind him. She followed. My name is Geon. I am the Icemage. Most of us are mages. We have come to a peace of sorts, but there are some rebels among us. He turned and entered a room with a table and two chairs. He closed the wooden doors behind her. Indicating the other chair, he sat down. She followed suit. What happened is a conversion. A what? A conversion, he replied patiently. When your people chose the made up dream, the device chose one and took them there. Literally. The device is attached to your solar system, being made there. Our universes power messed up the device and brought the souls here. The Dreamers wandered into another World all right. Ours. Okay, Diana said. I get the idea, but explain this conversion thing to me. I still dont get it. A conversion is when two universes are passing each other so close that a Dreamer could inadvertently, um, wander to the other realm. If their spirit is caught here when the universes move out of alignment. . . He shook his head sadly. The die? she asked curiously. The bodies on your World die. They live a completely different life here. He raised his eyebrows at what she was wearing. If you are going to stay for a while, we need to find you some cloths. You cant go around in your sleeping outfit. Diana looked down at her night gown. She was usually dressed with whatever she needed in her dreams. Obviously, this wasnt the same case. How come I cant change what I wear mentally like I can in all my other dreams? Geon sighed patiently. As I told you, this is not a dream. You are in a real world. You will feel everything. Pain, warmth, winter, summer . . . pleasure, he added slyly. She chose to ignore the comment. What about the three souls? Diana asked. Ah. The souls. When your peoples souls came here, they believed it was a dream. The first soul ran into a mage named Drime Thundermage. Drime is what your people would call a rebel or a renegade. Drime has nothing to do with peace. He likes war. He grows on it. And, unfortunately, because of that hunger, most of are mages are battling one another for supremacy. The world is going awry. This is a bad time to come here. The souls? she reminded him, trying hard to bring Geon back to the problem at hand. Hm? Oh yes. Getting them is going to be tough. I assume you want them back reasonable unhurt? Drime has all three, and all the mages and sorcerers could not take them from his possession without him killing at least one. No, for this problem, we must go to a higher authority. Who? The dragons. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Evening saw Diana wearing lilac robes that the people wore. Underneath was a fine silk skirt and blouse. Geon had gotten them hand made for her. As it turned out, that night was a celebration for a beloved savior named Leeanna. Diana was pleased to find she was going to sit next to Geon. Diana found that she was in a university of magic. The head was an elderly man named Livon. Livons hair was pure white and he had a trembling grip. His scratchy voice was still warm, though, and pleasant to listen to. From him, Diana learned that Geon had once been an apprentice to Livon. The meal passed uneventfully. It was mostly seafood, like that of Earths. As the desserts were passed, a breeze of cold air came into the hall. The two doors suddenly flew open as thunder rumbled. Uh oh, Geon muttered. A man appeared in the doorway. He strode in, completely oblivious to all except the new comer. Greetings, stranger, he said in a voice that took away any welcome. Diana got the feeling he was like a grain of sand or a feather, tossed about on the wind, just wandering. He had some place to go, but would never get there. He was as restless as a caged tiger. Geon stood. You have opposed the Law set here to deny you access in these walls, Drime Thundermage. Whats worse, you came on Her Feast Day. Dianas hands tightened on the seats handles. This was the man who held the souls. Laws? Ha! Drime replied. Those Laws are false Laws, given by a false prophesied Savior. Leeannas Betrayer, Livon hissed harshly. It was your choice to become it, Drime. Drime ignored him and kept his dark gray eyes on Diana. I have not yet been introduced, he said, holding out his hand. Diana looked down her nose at him. I know of you well enough, Drime Thundermage, she stressed. Three souls you carry with you, rebel, but mine shall not be added. Drime seemed visibly startled, then smiled in an amused, detached sort of way. So, Leeannas sharp tongue is still around, eh? Laughing, he left the hall as the thunder rumbled away. Geon breathed a heavy sigh. That was Drime Thundermage. What an unpleasant fellow, Diana remarked, reciting a line of Rizzo the rat in the Muppets Christmas Carol. Youve got it, Geon agreed, not realizing what she meant. She would have actually liked to say something not proper and ladylike. The meal continued, but there was an apprehension underneath it. Diana leaned over and asked quietly, Whats going on? He turned to her and replied, Drime has never actually denied Leeanna like that before. He knows She is the Savior. He just doesnt want to admit it because She turned on him. If Leeanna was here, She would have slapped his face, claws and all, just for speaking that way about Her. Excuse me, but claws and all? Yes. Shed probably take half his face if She slapped him. Or something more. He made a face. She was benevolent to those who treated Her kindly, but to those who didnt. . . She treated everyone the way they treated Her. Then the realization of what Diana asked sunk in. Oh! I forgot to tell you. Leeanna was born human, but was given a dragon soul when She was still a baby. She became full dragon, but served as a mediator between humans and dragons. It was She who created Dragons Law. Ill tell you about that some other time. It is not important now. Id like to know eventually. Of course, of course. But not now. Now we have more important things to think about. Like what? Diana asked, perplexed. Like finding you a room for the night. Also finding stuff for our journey tomorrow. What a minute, she told him. You mean I am coming with you? Of course, he told her, perplexed. They are your Worlds souls. I dont know them in the slightest way. I wouldnt care if Drime kept them, but since you do, I have decided I care enough to come with you. Thanks, she said dryly. Your welcome, my lady, he said lightly. She was forced to laugh aloud. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Dawns light filled Dianas eyes as she stood outside the university. Never had she seen a more beautiful sunrise. A playful breeze came up and blew her robe and skirt edgings behind her. Geon walked out behind her. A ducil for your thoughts, he said. A what? A ducil. Its a coin in our currency. Its very much like a penny, if what you were telling me last night is right. Oh. I was just thinking about all Ive seen and learned here. Im not sure if Im ever going to want to return to my body. Geon laughed softly. If we dont get the three souls back, I assume youll stay here until you do. Yes. Why? Because then you will not have to worry about choosing between here and there. Youd be stuck here as well. But for now, all you have to do is feel your body back at your home, lying on the bed, and you can return to it. He paused briefly to rearrange the pack on his back. Well, its best we get going. Yes, yes. Of course. They started walking. Diana watched the scenery, amazed. They started in a small town, but on the outskirts, it turned almost immediately to forest. Diana looked at the trees, some of which would take ten of her to reach around, hand touching hand. Geon saw what she was looking at. They get bigger the further you go into the dragons territory. Diana looked at him, mouth open in her awe. He chuckled. It took them about two days of traveling to reach the massive trees Geon had spoken about, and indeed, they were massive. Huge trees of over three hundred feet. Diana thought that that was probably what Earth looked like in the early millennia. The hike was mostly uneventful until the third day of traveling. ((Humans, turn back now, or face the charges.)) The voice was a rumble of bells. Chiming thunder flew through their heads. I take it that is a dragon, Diana said to Geon. He was white under his tan as he nodded. He shook his head to get a hold of himself. Dragon, we request to see your leader. ((Do not worry. You shall see her all right, if you keep going.)) We wish to see her. ((Then follow me, humans.)) There was a rustle from the above tree tops as a one hundred and ninety foot dragon dropped from the tree tops. The dragon was blue-black with sharp blue eyes. The dragon leaned its head down as it breathed in their scent. The nostrils flared and the dragon cocked its head to the side as it looked at Diana. ((You are from the other World. You are from the place we came from. We came here to get away from you.)) Diana guessed what the dragon was anxious about. Do not worry. On my planet, you have become legends. No one believes you live now, or ever were alive. They think you were just made up. ((That is good,)) the immense beast said, calming down. ((Come with me.)) Diana and Geon followed the blue-black dragon as it started walking into the growing darkness. Night was falling. Diana stumbled, and Geon automatically reached out to catch her. Uh, excuse me, dragon. The large dragon turned its piercing blue eyes on her. Um, we are going to need to rest. We cant see in this dark, and we cant keep up with your stamina. The sapphire eyes swirled as the dragon thought. ((Very well,)) it said after a moment. ((You may rest here. Set up camp, eat, sleep, whatever you need. We while set out four hours after dawn.)) Hurriedly, Geon and Diana set up their camp. They both had tents, but agreed it would take too long to set up both. Diana pulled her bedroll into the tent next to Geons. What do you think? she asked quietly. The dragon slumbered lightly on the other side of the clearing. They have certainly gotten strict about humans, Geon said at last. Humans used to visit them all the time. Now we have disgusted them. They dont want to be around our chaos. He paused, then asked, By the way, what was she talking about with you today? She? Yes, she. Well? In our time and World we have legends of dragons. They are the most disputed about. Most of humanitys legends are basically the same in any part of the World. Dragons, on the other hand, are not the same. In China, a place on Earth, dragons were said to be graceful and loving. Rain bringers, they lived in streams, lakes, seas, and clouds. They were said to eat doves. Now in the Eastern side of the World . . . there is a different story. Dragons were feared and hated. They were said to be ugly monsters with wings, unlike the Chinese dragons who didnt need wings. They floated in the air like a kite. Eastern dragons were destructive creatures that hoarded gold and jewels. I dont blame the dragons for being destructive. Humans sneaked up to their caves and killed them to get their gold. Wow, Geon murmured softly. Diana grinned. Youre not the only one who has had a bad planetary history. Geon nodded, said good-night as they both curled up in their bedrolls, and clapped his hands to turn the witchlight off that floated above them. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( ((Geon Icemage!)) a voice rumbled in their heads, waking them both up. Unlike the blue dragons, this voice was strong and deep, like the rolling of a deep ocean, the crack of thunder in the sky. ((You who have been following Skylark! Emerge!)) Geon looked toward the tent flap. He crawled out, Diana following him. They beheld a two hundred foot long silver-gray dragon. ((I am Stormsinger. I am to help you. We cannot wait any longer for you.)) Skylark stood and went over to Stormsingers side. She nuzzled his neck, and Stormsinger returned the caress fondly. Their mates, Geon said, awed. I never knew they loved their mates. Most people said they were ruled only by instinct. Only two people say they do love: Drime and Livon. ((We do honor and love our mates,)) Skylark told them. ((And as Stormsinger has said, we cannot wait. We have been expecting you, but we forgot how slow you people move. Come here, Diana Scotts.)) Diana hesitantly walked over to the female dragon while Geon packed up their things. He handed her one pack. Skylark bent her neck, exposing the only smooth spot on her neck. The rest was covered with her sharp back spikes. Diana stepped onto the out stretched arm and sat on the scaled neck. ((Come, Geon Icemage,)) Stormsinger commanded. He was over to Stormsingers side quickly, but was slower than Diana about getting on Stormsingers neck. He slipped halfway. Chuckling, Diana slid off Skylarks neck and went to help Geon. She gave him a hand up. When he was up and comfortable, she returned to Skylarks neck. ((Hang on,)) Skylark told them as she spread her wings. With a swift, strong pump of her wings, Skylark propelled her mass into the sky. Dianas breath was caught, then taken away. She had been in a plane before, of course, but never hang gliding or parachuting, things that would have allowed her body to feel the rushing air. She watched, excited and awed, as the land opened and became a patchwork of quilts. Diana was also surprised to see Skylarks wingbones were a soft, accenting silver. Skylark! Diana shouted over the wind. ((Please,)) came the patient reply. ((You do not have to speak. You may think it. I am, at this moment, attuned to your mind.)) ((Like this?)) Diana asked, connecting to a long dead part of her mind. There was silence for a moment, then, ((No, that is not what I meant, but it works better. I was insinuating that you speak with your mind.)) ((Is that not what I am doing now?)) Diana asked, perplexed. ((You are indeed, but what you are doing is different than what I thought. You are doing one of the most intimate mind speech. You are speaking in our language. Our language is the hardest to use, because many human minds are not capable of handling the current. Receiving, yes. Sending, no. They can, on the other claw, project their thoughts loud enough that, if we are attuned to them, we can hear them.)) ((Oh,)) Diana remarked quietly. She was not quite sure how to continue now. ((Did you wish to ask me something?)) Skylark wondered. ((Yes. What is with the smooth spot on your neck? It looks like it is there purposely.)) Skylark laughed, a strange bubbling sound in her mind. ((It is there purposely. We have been alive for planetary years. A planet's lifetime is a planetary year. We have encountered many creatures like you humans. We were breed as mounts in our early years when we did not have a mind of our own. Strangely enough, the saddle patch, as you could call it, has stayed. We have not quite figured out why yet. It probably has to do with bringing dragons closer to humans.)) ((Oh. There is not much I can say to that, is there?)) Skylark laughed again. ((Indeed, there is not.)) They flew for what seemed like eons, yet only a few seconds to Diana. Before she knew it, and long before she was ready, she found Skylark following her mate in a cork-screw down. They soon landed in the afternoon light in a clearing. On the opposite end was a cave. In it lay a gold and green dragon, and a red dragon with its neck across the gold ones neck. Suddenly, the gold dragons eyes snapped open to reveal deep amber depths. Somehow Diana knew the dragon was female. The other dragon, the red one, was male. He opened his eyes to reveal yellow-green eyes. ((So,)) the female dragon said. ((You are Diana Scotts, are you not?)) I am, she replied carefully. Diana had the feeling she was talking to someone of great importance. ((And you are Geon Icemage, correct?)) Yes, my Lady. Geon also realized he was speaking to someone of great influence and power, so he chose a formal address. ((Good.)) The regal gold nodded to Stormsinger and Skylark. ((My thanks, mentor, and you, Stormsinger. You may leave if you wish, or stay if you like.)) Skylark and Stormsinger looked at each other for a moment, then settled into a more comfortable place. The gold nodded her head. ((So be it. Now,)) she said as she turned toward them, ((I am sure you are wondering why you are here.)) The red dragon next to her snorted, and spoke for the first time. ((Perhaps you ought to tell them who we are, Lee. It would make things easier.)) The males voice was pleasant to listen to and comforting. ((Correct, my love, as always.)) ((Wait a minute,)) he interrupted. ((I must not have heard you.)) The female grinned and said, ((Well that is too bad, as I am not repeating my words.)) She returned her attention to the two humans in front of her. ((The male you see here is Avon. I am Leeanna.)) Geon regained consciousness several seconds later when water was poured on his face. Seeing the Savior had overloaded his mind. He had fainted. A change, Diana said as she helped him up. Its usually the women who faint. Shes not your Savior. Shes ours. I never thought I would lay eyes on Her, he said, turning to look at Leeanna. She smiled slightly. ((The Savior,)) Leeanna repeated quietly to herself. ((It has been a long time since I have heard that name. A very long time.)) Finally, Geon burst out saying, Why did you leave humanity? Leeanna seemed momentarily startled, then got a hold of herself. ((Why did I leave humanity? Because they were not listening to me anymore. The wizards fought me. So did the mages.)) From behind her, Avon snorted. ((All right, my love,)) Leeanna said. ((You never turned on me.)) ((I would not have dared,)) he told them. ((She could seriously beat the crap out of me. Shes more powerful than I am.)) ((Avon!)) Leeanna said disapprovingly. ((You know what I said about swear words.)) ((Oh, come now, Leeanna. Its for a good cause.)) ((Good cause my ass,)) she replied. She then blushed (an interesting sight on a dragon, yet somehow she was able to do it) as Avon shouted triumphantly, ((Ah ha! You swore as well.)) ((Pay no attention to him,)) Leeanna said to Geon and Diana, getting in the view of her mate. Avon leaned around Leeanna and started making faces, making Geon and Diana break up in laughter. Leeanna looked around her to see what was so funny. Avon sat silently. She returned her attention to them, whereupon Avon put bunny ears on her head. Geon and Diana could not control themselves; they were rolling on the ground in laughter. Leeanna frowned at her mate while he grinned sheepishly. She had caught him doing it. Stormsinger and Skylark were both also laughing. Leeanna glared at them, but the glare went past them. They missed it because they were laughing so hard. You are definitely not what I excepted, Geon finally burst out. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( ((Diana,)) a voice said in her mind. She groaned, but opened her eyes to see the golden eyes of Leeanna. As Diana sat up, Leeanna backed up. It was two days later, after they had arrived. ((Yes, Leeanna?)) Diana asked, not bothering to speak aloud. Leeanna did not seem startled. ((You came to me for a reason. What is that reason?)) ((The reason is the same reason I came from my World. I created a chip, a device, that allows people to control dreams. Then, someone created another part of it. It took random parts from the Dreamers Worlds, then sent them to this made up World. Unfortunately, that person became trapped in the World. Then two more. I came to see if I could get them back. It turns out that they wandered to this World. A mage named Drim-)) ((Drime Thundermage,)) Leeanna hissed. ((I should have known. I am starting to get the picture. He has the souls, does he not?)) ((He does,)) Diana affirmed. ((Well,)) Leeanna growled. ((I think it is time for us to re-emerge in human lives again. And for me to settle my score with Drime,)) she added, as she left. That was interesting, a voice said behind her. She turned to see Geon sitting on his cot. You could have told me you could speak like they do. I would have loved to have questioned you about it. But otherwise, it seems you have gotten the dragons to return. I think Drime has it in for him. Diana returned the evil grin and agreed. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Later that evening, Diana sat next to Geon. They talked quietly, as the dragons were sleeping, but sleeping lightly. Geon questioned her on how it felt to speak mind to mind. He remarked how he wish he could experience it. Diana smiled softly at him. Geon reached across her to set his cup down. As he pulled back, he turned to look at Diana. His face was only two inches away. Diana smiled at him, but it did not look the way she had intended for it. She had meant it as a friends smile. Instead, it came out as a lovers smile, friendly and warm. She realized her mistake immediately, and tried to stop smiling, but the smile refused to go away. Geon reached up and took her head in his hands. She leaned toward him, and her lips met his. Diana slowly fell back along the cot, pulling Geon with her. Unlike the dragons, that night for them was not spent sleeping. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( ((Now,)) a voice said in their minds in the morning. ((I am sure you do not want to get up from your new found love,)) Leeanna said, ((but we have got to get going if we are going to be there by mid-afternoon.)) Diana groaned and buried he head into Geons chest. Geon looked up at Leeanna. By mid-afternoon? he questioned. It took us two and a half days to get here by walking and flying. If we had walked, it would have taken us a month. ((Dragon time is different than human time,)) she told them. ((We move faster than you think. It should not take too long.)) Indeed, it did not take long. Though Geon and Diana griped and complained the whole time they were packing up, they did reach the Capital by mid-afternoon. There they waited. It was customary for Drime to stop off at the Council to see what was going on. He usually arrived in the evening, so Leeanna devised a plan for him. Two hours later, he arrived. Well, he said when he saw Diana. She stood alone in front of a tree. It seems I will run into you everywhere, stranger. He took in who she stood quickly. She stood in a careless pose, wearing a dress that dipped down into a low V-neck. The dress was spaghetti strapped, and stopped seven and a half inches above her knees. You can stop calling me that, she said, coming forward, her voice coated with sugar and honey. My name is Diana. Diana, hm? he replied. He watched as she walked causally over to him, making sure to swing her hips. An interesting name. Interesting? Why? she asked, pausing a few paces in front of him. She walked slowly to his right, making him turn his back to the tree. Why does my name strike you? It just doesnt seem right for you, he told her. You should be of the Siren family. The Siren family? she asked, her eyebrows raised. Why would you say I should be part of the Siren family? Because you would be a beautiful temptress, Drime replied just as casually as she had been when she walked over. No doubt a successful one, as well. You had the Icemage practically wrapped around your finger when I saw you. Diana laughed disdainfully. Him? Ha! He doesnt interest me. Hes too easy to understand. I prefer my men confusing. Do you really? he asked as she drew closer. And how confusing do you like your men? Very, she replied confidently. I especially like them restless. I like them as caged tigers. By now, she had moved so close to him that she was almost touching him. From the corner of her eyes she saw Geon drop out of the tree. Drime smiled grimly. A very good show, Temptress, he whispered quietly. A very good show. You almost made me believe it, too. It has been a long time since I have been close to being fooled. Diana gasped quietly, and tried to step away, but Drime was too fast for her. He grabbed her and spun around to face Geon. A brilliant plan, he said. I assume the Temptress here was to keep my attention away while you sneaked up and stole the souls. A good game it has been, Geon, but the game is over now. Drime rose his arm and a ball of silver white fire collected in his hand. He held it close to Dianas neck. I am leaving with your Diana. He looked at her and said, Yes, my Temptress, it has been a long time since I have been fooled. I will tell you something about the women I like. I like them tricky and cat-like. In this case, I am not kidding, either. You will make a good wife. The souls will greatly enhance my power as well. Diana! Geon shouted. Your body! Go back to it! No, she replied quietly. I wont leave you. ((I hate to interrupt this, but()) a voice they both knew said. Red fire enveloped Drime, narrowly missing Diana. She flung herself away from Drime and landed in Geons arms. Leeanna added her gold power to Avons red. Soon, a multicolored ball enveloped Drime, as other dragons added their power. The ball began to glow brightly, then exploded. The dragons cheered. ((From now on,)) Leeanna said, ((we will not allow mages to push us out again! DRAGONS LAW WILL LIVE AGAIN!!)) The dragons roared their agreement. Diana turned toward Geon and tried to kiss him. She found this impossible, for he was slowly fading. Geons eyes were sad. Follow them home, he said quietly before he and the scenery faded away. Diana looked up and saw three balls of light float up and away. Because she had no other choice, she followed them. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Diana opened her eyes to see the ceiling of her own home. She swore silently to herself. It had all been a dream, and she had had to wake up. She sighed deeply and rolled over. . . And found herself looking into Geons sleeping face. What the hell? she asked aloud. He opened his eyes and smiled; apparently he had not been asleep. Ah. Im glad you have woken up. I was waiting for you. But- How- What? He laughed. It seems I had to come with you. When you left, you, um, took some foreign matter with you, he said, placing a hand on her stomach. To his surprise and delight, she laughed. She then reached over and pulled him into her arms where she kissed him. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( Epilogue I finished writing with a last bit. Geon and Diana returned to his world nightly. When the universes moved out of conversion, they went to his World, as they had been in their nineties on her World. On his World they were still the same, because time did not pass the same way. They had their child, a fine healthy daughter, who sits here writing even now. I live on my own, but I go to visit them. Leeanna pampers me like a grandmother. Avon has the same sentiments. It seems Geon and Diana have been adopted into their family, bringing me with them. I have become interested in some of the men in my life. The main one happens to be a dragon. But then, there could be worst things than having dragon grandparents and a dragon as a mate.
