Lasagne

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 TBLS italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
28 oz. jar tomato sauce
10 oz. shredded pizza cheese
9 lasagne noodles, cooked according to package directions, drained, and dried

Sautee beef, sausage, onion, garlic and seasoning in skillet until fully cooked and softened. Add tomatoes and sauce. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour. In casserole dish, layer a few ladles of sauce, 3 noodles, 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat 2 more times. Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
