
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 med. onion, minced
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt>br>
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
Heat 1 Tbsp. butter, sautee onion 5 minutes. Add crabmeat & heat thoroughly. Add red pepper flakes & parsley. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter. Blend in flour. Stir in milk, cook until smooth & thick. Add rest of ingredients. Cool. Shape in cakes, dip in bread crumbs and fry in oil until golden brown.
